CONDITIONS OF SALE: All Items are SOLD “AS IS WHERE IS” Unless other agreements are reached and Stated in Writing.

There are No Warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the Description on the Face of this Invoice and or Quotation.

All NEW EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES are supplied by the Manufacturer, NOT Glacier Machinery Sales Corporation.

Purchaser accepts the Responsibility to have the Machinery Purchased with this Invoice Meet Any and All Local, State and Federal Requirements and/or Laws, such as, But Not Exclusive to OSHA Regulations.

TERMS: Equipment Descriptions are intended as a Guide ONLY, and their Accuracy is NOT Guaranteed.

Payment is Due Upon Receipt of Invoice, unless otherwise stated, and all items will ship After Verification of Cleared or Transferred Funds.

 

PRICE is Exclusive of any Government Tax unless expressly stated otherwise.  BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL SALES TAXES, USE TAXES OR DUTIES, IF ANY.
